The one Start Rule will apply to all events.
All events are to be Heat Declared Winners.
Certificates for top 6 in each age group.
Swimmers will swim in heats according to their submitted times and not in age groups.
Ages as at 11 July 2010 OTHER THAN AS SHOWN FOR 100 IM EVENTS ABOVE
Spectator admission by programme purchased on door for £1.00 per person.
Results available throughout session and then on website and notice boards at each pool.
No cameras, mobile phones or video equipment to be used.
No swimmers allowed entry to spectator area during competition.
